Located at 1008 W 41st Avenue in Vancouver, Oak & 41st is a Wesgroup Contracting Ltd. project supported by Pacific Earthworks. The scope includes bulk and detail excavation, shotcrete shoring, and anchors, totaling 38,000m³ of excavation, a 27,000 sq. ft. wall area, and 27,000 linear feet of anchor bar. Valued at $5 million, the project is scheduled from January 2024 through May 2025.
